Lite Package payments: terms and conditions .

1. Prices for our tours are in Russian Rubles but we accept also USD and Euro.

Before we calculated everything in Euro but in 2009 we started to calculate all tours in Russian Rubles. There are many reasons for this, one of them is that our real expenses is obviously in Russian Rubles and we can estimate them more or less because we are here in Russia. We can not estimate exchange rates against Euro or USD. That is why we start stick to Rubles.

We accept payments for our service in Euro or US dollars according to the Central Bank of Russia official current exchange rate

2. Payment for LP package.

Payment for the Lite Package and all additional services (extras) must be made completely in advance within specified number of days after our confirmation. We specify this number of days in the confirmation. If you do not pay by that time you will need new confirmation from us and we do not guarantee same availability and price.

Although we keep places in our tours after receiving Application forms we consider a tour really booked only after receiving money. Payment may be made by bank wire transfer or or by cash transfer (Western Union or MoneyGram). We do not accept cards. We will send details for payment along with confirmation of reservation after you sign up.

4. Why payments for Additional service (hotels, transport in Moscow) must be made in advance?

Additional service (hotels, transport in Moscow) are from 3rd parties and in most cases we must pay for them when we book them. That is why we require payments for these services in advance. When we confirm the reservation a payment must be made within the period which will be stated in our confirmation of these services (normally 7-10 days). If you do not pay by that time we can not keep our reservation in hotel and are forced to cancel it.

5. Some important information.

If you pay by bank wire transfer more than 1-2 weeks after our invoice please contact us or visit payment methods page (link in our invoice message) to make sure the payment details are still same and correct. You know there is a financial crisis and even a big European bank may have problems which may force us to change banks.

If your tour is not completely paid in advance you have to pay the balance for your tour upon arrival in cash. If you have uncertainty about the balance ask us beforehand. If you overpay we will refund money in cash in our hotel.

Russian Rubles is the only currency to pay in all public places: shops, ticket-boxes, cafes. You can exchange money either in the bank office or withdraw Rubles from your card in an ATM. There are no problem to exchange currency or cash cards or traveler checks in Moscow. In Elbrus region one can cash Master and Visa cards only and no any checks. There is a Western Union office in the valley so you can send money beforehand and receive them there upon arrival.

Remember: Our prices are fixed in Russian Rubles and only this amount stays same. If the cost in Euro or USD becomes higher in July than it was in February that does not mean we rise prices, that means Euro or USD went down against Ruble.
