In case we climb the summit on 'day 9' we go for a hike or skiing. There are some options: skiing on Elbrus slopes (not standard runs) or ski walk/climb in one of the valleys. You will discuss this with your guide and make a decision according weather and snow conditions.
In case we climb the summit on 'day 10' we descend to the hotel.
